We are seeking a Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract, project management, and construction management.

Duties:

•  Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components
• Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work
• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
•  Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 3 years (Preferred)

Develop and maintain business revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, and consultative sales presentations over the phone and in-person; develop and implement a sales plan to support sales.

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of our cleaning, repairing, and restoration services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, DL

Support multiple Project Managers and their teams in creating high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing collaborative relationships among the project teams and constituent groups, resolving issues with customers and promoting the concept of integrated systems.

Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED) plus three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in the construction or restoration industry.
• Understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Proficient technical skills, experience, and certification in the areas of service the company provides.
